Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager 2 for Inventory Movement who will drive the customer experience through data-driven insights across transfers, returns, and RTVs.

You will own the roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and partner with Engineering, UX, Stores, and Supply Chain to deliver features that move inventory efficiently. You will measure KPI performance, run discovery, and collaborate across teams to translate requirements into actionable specs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or equivalent experience with technology, ecommerce, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor KPI performance for product epics and features.
• Leverage internal KPIs and operational data to identify feature opportunities that improve inventory movement.
• Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlog.
• Partner cross-functionally with UX, Research, Engineering, Stores, and Supply Chain & Returns Operations on feature design.
• Work with engineering during feature development to ensure objectives are met across systems.
