We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving organizational readiness, user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business process change. The ideal candidate will help organizations successfully navigate technology and business transformations by developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and business value.

This role will partner closely with business leaders, project teams, and end users across initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Data & AI, ERP, CRM, and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
• Perform change impact assessments to identify organizational, process, and technology impacts.
• Create and implement communication strategies and change communication plans.
• Develop organizational readiness assessments and adoption strategies.
• Design and deliver training programs, learning materials, and user enablement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership sessions, and change champion programs.
• Partner with project managers, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and organizational readiness indicators.
• Support business process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop executive presentations, status reports, and change management deliverables.
• Lead resistance management activities and support affected business units through transition.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, project outcomes, and user adoption goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Training, or Business Transformation.
• Proven experience leading change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with executives, business leaders, project teams, and end users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Data & AI, or ERP transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital adoption platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience within consulting, system integration, or managed services organizations.
• Industry experience across Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Government, or Professional Services sectors.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
