Job summary

Accenture seeks an Organization Change Senior Manager to shape and deliver AI-enabled change programs for Chemicals & Natural Resources clients. You will design enterprise change initiatives, drive adoption, and govern GenAI-enabled delivery with a focus on human + digital workforces.

You will use data and analytics to inform decisions, coach leaders, and build scalable change capabilities while ensuring ethical and responsible AI use. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Chemicals & Natural Resources Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale reinvention efforts with data-informed change programs.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs and coaching for evolving roles and skills.
• Define GenAI usage across the organization with readiness and governance considerations.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and guide action.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies and operating models.
• Develop and tailor engagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement with GenAI.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel to support clients.
