Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organization Change Management practitioner to help clients navigate AI-enabled transformations, design change programs, and drive adoption across large-scale programs. You will apply data analytics and GenAI to inform decisions, design agile, future-ready strategies, and deliver human-centered change journeys at scale.

You will partner with clients in chemical and natural resources and other industries, contributing to business development while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years; 6 years if Associate’s Degree).
• Bonus points for GenAI-driven change delivery, learning, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale reinvention efforts with data, automation, and GenAI.
• Design enterprise change programs and sustain change as roles and skills evolve.
• Define and enable GenAI use across organizations with governance and accountability.
• Use analytics and AI insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies and operating models with humans and tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and content.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities to adapt with evolving tech.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed.
