Job summary

Accenture is hiring an Organization Change Manager for the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry in the United States. You will lead large-scale change programs, guiding how AI-enabled tools shift roles, skills and leadership expectations in complex transformations.

You’ll use data and GenAI-enabled insights to inform decisions, design future-proof change strategies, and ensure human accountability and governance across digital work environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemicals & Natural Resources industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data, automation and Generative AI contexts.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs adapting to rapid evolution of roles and skills.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage across the organization with governance.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and track adoption.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys using AI.
• Help clients build lasting change capabilities and contribute to business development.
