Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organization Change Senior Manager for the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry to lead large-scale change programs in an AI-enabled world. You will design and sponsor change strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure adoption through data-driven insights.

You bring 8+ years in change management, 3+ years consulting, and experience with technology-enabled transformations including GenAI; familiarity with the chemicals sector is preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organization Change Management experience.
• 3+ years as a consulting practitioner.
• 3+ years with technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• 2+ years of Chemicals & Natural Resources industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data-driven AI environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs adapting to rapid tech shifts.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage and governance.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and track adoption.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies for new ways of working.
• Contribute to Accenture business development via proposals and client relationships.
