Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organization Change Management professional to help clients embed GenAI-driven changes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled landscape. You will lead change programs, design agile strategies, and collaborate with clients to ensure responsible adoption and governance while driving measurable outcomes.

Role requires experience in transformations or digital initiatives, plus a background in industries like Chemical & Natural Resources.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If You Have Applied experience using Generative AI (GenAI) to deliver organizational change work.

Responsibilities

Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
Design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as ways of working evolve with technology and AI.
Partner with clients to define and enable GenAI use across the organization with governance and accountability.
Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption, and inform decisions.
Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and tailor engagement content and manager enablement using GenAI.
Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities to adapt as technologies and ways of working evolve.
Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and building trusted client relationships.
Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
