Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data, automation, and GenAI.
• Design enterprise change programs to evolve roles, skills, and ways of working.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage across the organization with governance.
• Use data and AI insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile change strategies for new operating models with humans and tools.
• Apply human-centered design to create scalable change journeys and content.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities and advise on governance.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and relationships.
• Be willing to travel to support clients.
