Job summary

Accenture seeks an Organization Change Senior Manager in the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry to lead large-scale transformations. You will design and govern change programs, align leadership, workflows, and talent strategies with AI-enabled tools, building durable capabilities.

You will leverage data, analytics, and GenAI to inform readiness, track adoption, and shape communications. Travel as needed and contribute to business development while ensuring governance and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Chemicals & Natural Resources Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts with data, automation, and GenAI.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs amid rapid evolving roles and skills.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage, readiness, and governance.
• Use data and AI insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies and operating models.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and content.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and relationships.
• Be willing to travel to support clients.
