Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation or related consulting fields.
• At least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end HR transformation projects.
• Experience designing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of AI, GenAI, and automation in HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR transformation projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Define and execute HR strategies, operating models, and value cases.
• Engage with C‑suite and senior stakeholders to gain buy‑in and drive adoption.
• Develop HR technology evaluations and vendor selections, including RFPs.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement throughout programs.
• Lead business development efforts and proposal development for HR transformations.
