Accenture seeks an Internal Controls Manager to design and implement robust governance, risk, and compliance controls for Oracle-enabled platform transformations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, advise senior stakeholders, and drive control adoption using AI, analytics, and automation.

The role emphasizes sustainable, operational controls across engagements and deliveries. You will partner with business, technology, and compliance teams, guiding workshops, risk assessments, and testing

Qualificações

• 5+ years designing, implementing, or assessing business-process risks and controls.
• 5+ years assessing control environments and ITGCs.
• 2+ years leading a workstream on internal controls or risk within an ERP transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; travel may be required (0–100%).
• Preferred CPA / CISA / CIA certifications and Oracle Cloud experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled transformations.
• Lead client engagements, manage workplans, and communicate risks and decisions.
• Identify risks, design future-state controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design/assess Oracle access controls, roles, and security analytics.
• Coach teams, support business development, and contribute to reusable assets.
