Accenture is seeking an Internal Controls Manager to translate business, regulatory, and technology requirements into practical control strategies for Oracle-enabled platform transformations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, design and test controls, and drive adoption of AI and analytics to strengthen governance and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing business‑process risks and controls.
• Minimum of 5 years assessing current‑state control environments and identifying risks.
• Minimum of 2 years leading a workstream or project team in ERP transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

• Develop and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled platform transformations.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring delivery meets commitments and quality expectations.
• Identify regulatory requirements and design future-state controls integrated into the SDLC.
• Design, test, and deploy controls across Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, including access, configuration, and transaction controls.
