Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Internal Controls Manager to lead risk and control design for Oracle-enabled platform transformations in the United States. You will guide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, leveraging AI, analytics, automation, and standardization to improve control environments.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage engagements, and mentor teams while ensuring solutions are sustainable and ready for operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing business-process risks and controls.
• Experience with ERP platforms and internal controls across finance cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and cloud security.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled transformations.
• Lead client engagements, manage workstreams and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Assess regulatory requirements and design future-state controls and ITGCs.
• Design and evaluate Oracle access controls, roles, and security analytics.
• Coach teams and contribute to business development and asset creation.
