Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional Oracle MDM solutions within C2M or CCS. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer.

You’ll coach junior members and help maintain an inclusive, high-performing environment while ensuring delivery quality and alignment with client expectations. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (C2M or CCS preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Strong business analysis and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures Oracle MDM solutions to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to document, validate, and prioritize functional needs.
• Lead or support workshops, design sessions, and requirement gathering.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and knowledge transfer.
• Document functional designs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Assist with risk management and issue resolution in functional workstreams.
