Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into practical MDM solutions for clients, focusing on C2M or CCS within Oracle Utilities.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test, and transfer knowledge, coaching junior members and maintaining a high‑performing team culture. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Oracle Utilities experience.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Strong business analysis, process facilitation, technical writing and communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle MDM solutions.
• Support design, configuration, testing and issue resolution for client engagements.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to a high‑performing, inclusive team environment.
• Lead workshops, document requirements, and manage functional scope, risks and issues.
