Job summary

Codeworks, an LRS Company, seeks a Senior Oracle Health/Cerner Revenue Cycle Analyst to optimize revenue cycle applications in a healthcare environment. You will focus on Patient Accounting, Charge Services, billing workflows, system configuration, testing, and process improvement across the Oracle Health/Cerner platform.

Responsibilities include support, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with IT, operations, and finance teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of Oracle Health/Cerner application support experience.
Experience with Revenue Cycle applications, including Cerner Charge Services, Optum, Experian.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support, configure, and optimize Oracle Health/Cerner Revenue Cycle applications.
Troubleshoot complex issues across integrated healthcare systems.
Support Patient Accounting, Charge Services, billing, payments, registration, and scheduling workflows.
Perform testing, validation, and support for upgrades and enhancements.
Analyze business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Collaborate with operational, financial, clinical, and IT teams.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
