Job summary

Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, a Chicago-based leader in physical medicine and rehabilitation, seeks an Applications Analyst II – IT Revenue Cycle (Patient Access) to support Cerner and Oracle Health revenue cycle systems. The role includes configuring, deploying, and supporting scheduling and registration modules while partnering with operations and clinical teams to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Experience with Cerner Millennium (Oracle Health) revenue cycle solutions in a technical capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle and patient access applications including installing upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and problem management.
• Analyze existing revenue cycle applications and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, document, test and implement software solutions to address business needs.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for revenue cycle applications and performance monitoring.
