Job summary

Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is seeking an Applications Analyst II - IT Revenue Cycle (Patient Access) to configure, deploy and support revenue cycle systems within Oracle Health/Cerner solutions. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows and implement technical solutions that improve patient access and operational efficiency.

Qualified candidates have Cerner Millennium experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of applications analysis, consulting, software development, or related IT roles.
• Experience with Cerner Millennium (Oracle Health) revenue cycle solutions in a technical capacity.
• Strong knowledge of registration and scheduling workflows and front-end applications.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle and patient access applications including upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Analyze current workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Design, configure, document, test and implement software solutions.
• Test and validate system enhancements for quality and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for revenue cycle applications.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Create and maintain documentation such as specifications, guides and workflows.
