Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Oracle HCM Integrations for a remote, contract-to-hire role. The candidate will lead Oracle HCM integrations, provide architecture oversight, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams.

Must be proficient with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and HCM APIs. W2 hours, benefits included. Initial remote work with eventual hybrid conversion requiring some onsite presence in various locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise app engineering or integrations experience.
• Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, iPaaS, and batch processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead for HCM-related integration issues.
• Architect integrations with payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, and release management.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and runbooks.
