Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Oracle HCM delivery experience, 3+ years in life‑cycle implementations, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 3+ years leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and design workshops, guiding solution design and ensuring compliance.
• Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery.
• Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support.
• Apply knowledge of integrations, security, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies.
• Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
