Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor/Absence implementations within a hybrid delivery model. The role focuses on workshops, solution design, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-quality HR technology projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions, 3+ years leading full life cycle implementations, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with leading the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence module(s).
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Center Location & Travel Requirements: Hybrid Work Model: residence within commutable distance to one of the Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia).
• Co-location Expectation: spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location.
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating requirements and design workshops, providing guidance on solution design and best practices, and managing risks and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with compliance, policy, and operational requirements.
• Driving high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery execution to minimize rework and support traceability.
• Anticipating and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Supporting change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption and successful business outcomes.
• Applying working knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide solution decisions and delivery planning.
• Directing cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality delivery, timely issue resolution, and milestone achievement.
• Leading the end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
