Deloitte GPS team seeks a Delivery Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM implementations and drive HR technology deployments for government and public sector clients. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and change management across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidate will oversee workshops, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization within a hybrid Deloitte Center delivery model, with moderate travel and center-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM implementations and integrations.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Promote user adoption through change management and training.
• Ensure project milestones, quality, and risk management in delivery.
