Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Senior Consultant in the United States to join our GPS practice. You will work in a hybrid delivery model, supporting Oracle Cloud HCM configurations, core HR processes, and data conversion for client projects across government and public sector engagements.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and collaboration with payroll and reporting teams. A Bachelor’s degree and Public Trust clearance are required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience with the Core HR module.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations (functional docs, SIT/UAT testing, defect triage).
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Hybrid Work Model: residence within commutable distance to Center locations.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering and design workshops; document business needs and translate into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
• Assist with configuration activities for Oracle Cloud HCM modules (ESS/MSS, PAR, position management, learning administration, time entry and approvals, absence plans).
• Prepare and maintain functional deliverables (workbooks, fit/gap docs, security artifacts, integration touchpoints, process flows, testing assets).
• Support data conversion and cutover activities, including mapping and validation for worker and organizational data.
• Collaborate with adjacent workstreams (integration, payroll, reporting, talent management) and assist with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.
