Job summary

Deloitte in the United States is seeking a Delivery Senior Consultant to lead and support the design, build, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting. You will coordinate with HR, security, and analytics teams to ensure accurate migrations from legacy systems and successful go-lives.

Ideally you bring strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills, plus a track record in hybrid delivery models and complex government/public sector

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with integrations, conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM full-life cycle implementations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including interfaces and data mapping.
• Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover support.
• Assist reporting workstream by gathering requirements, developing reports, and validating data quality and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues; support testing, go-live, and stabilization.
