Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services GPS practice in the United States seeks a Delivery Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Time & Labor and Absence implementations. You will coordinate requirements, design workshops, and guide delivery across HR, security, reporting, and integrations in a hybrid, center-based model near Dallas.

You’ll manage multi-team delivery, ensure quality, mentor staff, and drive successful go-lives with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

5+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
3+ years leading the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules.
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
Bachelor's Degree.
Hybrid Work Model with residence within commutable distance to a Deloitte Center location or Geo-Hub location.
Travel up to 10% and potential relocation within 12 weeks if necessary.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design and manage risks.
Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework and support traceability.
Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption.
Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance to guide decisions.
Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality delivery, milestones, and issue resolution.
