Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Technical Analyst at our Cleveland Headquarters to support SaaS and enterprise-wide applications critical for data collection, retrieval, and reporting.

You will configure and update systems, load data, develop queries, and build reports to drive business decisions. Collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders across functions is essential to optimize performance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or 3+ years of enterprise-wide software support experience.
• 2+ years of enterprise-wide software support with knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise-wide systems.
• Experience configuring and setting up enterprise-wide applications.
• Knowledge of data security concepts.
• Experience in database management and maintenance.
• Ability to develop custom queries using query and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support SaaS and enterprise-wide applications by assisting in design considerations and business impacts for configuration.
• Organize and provide data for internal department planning and activities.
• Perform configuration, setup, and updates of applications.
• Assist in loading data into established tables, fields, and system databases.
• Research and propose governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms.
• Build reports that support management decisions.
• Set up user access and assist in training users on the applications.
• Provide suggestions for changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and external vendors to support enterprise-wide applications.
