Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Package Project Lead 2 for Oracle ERP programs in the US. You will define objectives, scope, and delivery plans, coordinate sprint activities, and maintain stakeholder relationships across client teams.

You will drive risk mitigation, cost control, and resource optimization while guiding technical and commercial proposals to meet client needs in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect with multi-country deployments.
• Proven track record delivering ERP projects with scope, budget, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methods and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks; embed quality planning with QA teams.
• Develop estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.
• Support technical and commercial proposals for client needs.
