Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 for the US market to direct SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and multi-functional team coordination. You will define scope, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation while ensuring alignment with client goals.

You will balance governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence, leveraging SAP Activate and Agile/Waterfall methods to achieve project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Establish project governance, steering committee structure and reporting cadence.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate).
• Provide solution guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
• Lead SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
