Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 to drive Oracle Financials Cloud implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. You will develop timelines, address resource gaps, and guide development and testing across GL, AP, AR, and CM modules.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, collaboration with business units, and balancing project economics with strategic priorities. relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle Financials cloud experience with GL, AP, AR, CM modules.
• 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, CM).
• Experience with Oracle project methodology (OUM) and Agile; familiarity with CRP and SIT/UAT processes.
• Identify functionality gaps and support development of solutions for them.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud data conversion/migrations and interfaces with 3rd party applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation/travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders with regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support development, integration, and customization stages of Oracle packages, ensuring requirements are met.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risk to ensure project delivery and align with strategic priorities.
