Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to define project scope aligned with business goals, coordinate sprint planning, and drive delivery efficiency. You will work with mid-to-senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize resources and project economics.

Ideal candidates have extensive Oracle CX Cloud and Fusion Service Cloud experience, with strong leadership and communication skills, ready to guide complex ERP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience with Oracle CX Cloud and Fusion Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligning with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate deliverables and adopt new methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams.
• Develop project estimates and monitor budgets & resources.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation and support team development.
