Job summary

Infosys Limited, Oracle unit, is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join a global delivery team in the USA. You will participate in requirements gathering, assist in designing ERP package customizations, develop features, and ensure seamless data flow and integration across platforms.

You will work on Oracle Cloud solutions (CX/Service) and contribute to architecture, detailing processes, and delivering high-quality, compliant solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions (CX, Service, Fusion) and architecture/design of ERP-like processes.
• Knowledge of Service Requests, Knowledge Management, Omnichannel features within Fusion Service Cloud.
• Experience configuring, developing, and deploying Oracle Cloud solutions in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and validate specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture and customize ERP package modules.
• Develop new features, perform code reviews, and maintain codebase for stability.
• Configure interfaces and ETL processes to ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver user training.
