Job summary

Randstad USA in Durham, NC seeks an experienced Business Analyst Oracle Reports to support reporting analytics and business process optimization across Oracle Fusion applications. You will gather requirements, design reporting solutions and support data driven decision making using Oracle Fusion reporting and integration technologies.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining BI Publisher reports, dashboards and integrations, and ensuring quality through UAT and testing

Qualifications

• Gather analyze and document business requirements related to reporting and analytics.
• Work with functional and technical teams to develop reporting solutions in Oracle Fusion.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher, BIP Reports, BICC Extracts and dashboards.
• Translate reporting requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Support data extraction validation reconciliation and report testing activities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business process documents, functional specifications and user training materials.
• Drive UAT defect tracking, issue resolution and production support activities.
