You will train and support partners and junior staff, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure reliable ERP system availability while guiding process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and deep ERP experience within healthcare. Remote work is available for eligible states; travel and duties as assigned may apply.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience with ERP systems or business applications.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Experience in hospital or health system supply chain is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Provide guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and supply chain process improvements.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Document requirements and support change management activities.
