Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an Oracle CX Functional Architect to lead the CX domain, owning the backlog and coordinating between sales, operations, and IT. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, configure CX modules, and manage integrations and customizations with an emphasis on upgrade-safe extensibility.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, senior IC capabilities, and travel for meetings and training as needed.

Qualifications

Degree in IT or similar degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years' experience with deep configuration expertise in Sales, Service, and CPQ modules.
Strong experience in sales and service process knowledge: lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, field dispatch, case management, incentive compensation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work between business and IT.
Ability to be a senior individual contributor with high ownership in a lean team.

Responsibilities

Own the backlog for the CX domain and align with Sales and Operations stakeholders.
Serve as primary functional and solution contact between business process owners and IT.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications through configuration and integrations.
Review and approve material configuration changes to CX modules including CPQ pricing and product rules.
Coordinate Oracle Fusion CX updates, testing, and adoption with cross-functional teams.
