Job summary

Keste seeks a seasoned Oracle CX Delivery Architect to lead design, architecture, and delivery of Oracle CX solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and CPQ. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals and successful delivery.

You will guide architecture, data migration, and integrations, presenting to executives and driving CX transformation with best practices and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application delivery experience.
• 7+ years in Oracle CX cloud architecture and delivery.
• Proven track record in consulting or related roles with successful project delivery.
• Expertise in Oracle CX modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing, CPQ, Commerce.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs for integration.
• Understanding of data modeling, customer journey mapping and digital transformation.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle CX Cloud Architect) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX cloud implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ.
• Design scalable, integrated solutions using Oracle CX suite and related apps.
• Gather requirements, define business processes, and recommend Oracle CX solutions.
• Create architecture documents, blueprints, and integration strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance and drive customer adoption of multi-cloud platforms.
• Act as technical/functional authority and provide governance for delivery projects.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and interface development with third-party apps.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide thought leadership on CX transformation, user adoption and optimization.
• Present solutions to customers from SMEs to C-level executives, shaping technology strategy.
• Stay current with Oracle CX updates and roadmap to advise clients and teams.
