T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle ERP Financials Engineer to enhance and support our Oracle ERP Financials landscape, focusing on General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, allocations, and chart-of-accounts design for financial integrity across US-based and India-based teams.

You will design and maintain integrations with Oracle EPM modules, support journal processing, and contribute to period-close processes while partnering with Finance and Technology teams to translate business needs

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience
• Areas of study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent
• 4-7 years' technical engineering experience with Oracle ERP Financials, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, allocations, ledger and chart-of-accounts design, financial integrations, or related enterprise finance systems

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, enhance, test, and support Oracle ERP Financials capabilities across General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, allocations, ledgers, chart-of-accounts structures, and related financial modules
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP, subledgers, Oracle EPM modules such as ARCS, FCCS, and EPRCS, data platforms, and reporting solutions
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and technology stakeholders to support journal processing, ledger structures, chart-of-accounts design, allocations, subledger close, period close, subledger-to-GL tie-outs, and financial control requirements
• Analyze production issues and implement root-cause fixes, automation, monitoring, and process improvements that increase reliability, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen data quality
• Create clear functional and technical documentation, including requirements, design documents, test evidence, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
