Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled engineer to enhance, configure, and operate Oracle EPM and ERP Financials across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS, with strong ERP GL familiarity.

You will partner with US and India teams to deliver reliable reconciliation, consolidation, and data governance solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and shape EPM/ERP strategy, architecture, and integration design, influencing technology decisions globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering required.
• 7-10 years of engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS, FCCS) and Oracle ERP Financials (GL).
• US-based and offshore team experience preferred for EDMCS/EPRCS.
• Must be able to mentor and lead global teams and influence policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering projects to enhance, configure, and support Oracle EPM apps and their integration with Oracle ERP GL.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor US and India-based engineers.
• Evaluate and apply EPM/ERP strategies across reconciliation, consolidation, and data management.
• Develop configurations and integrations across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, and GL.
• Produce clear technical documentation and architecture descriptions.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
