T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP Financials Engineer to enhance, configure, and support Oracle ERP Financials (GL, SCA, allocations) and related modules.

You will develop integrations with Oracle EPM and other systems, ensuring accurate financial processing and timely period closes. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and technology teams across US and India, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor engineers.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Fields of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent.
• 4–7 years' technical engineering experience with Oracle ERP Financials, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, allocations, ledger and chart-of-accounts design, financial integrations, or related enterprise finance systems.
• Analytical thinking to analyze financial data, control totals, exceptions, and root causes across source, integration, ERP, and reporting layers.
• Working knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, journal flows, ledgers, allocations, chart of accounts, subledger close and period-close processes.
• Collaboration and communication with Finance, Accounting, engineering, vendors, and distributed delivery teams.
• Integration engineering: design, troubleshoot, and support ERP integrations with Oracle EPM modules including ARCS, FCCS, and EPRCS, using APIs, file-based interfaces, OIC or comparable platforms, and batch processing patterns.
• Technical Writing: produce clear requirements, design documents, test evidence, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials
• Customer service and mentorship
• Proficient in programming concepts, software design, and system integration
• 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, enhance, test, and support Oracle ERP Financials capabilities across General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, allocations, ledgers, chart-of-accounts structures, and related financial modules, meeting business and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP, subledgers, Oracle EPM modules such as ARCS, FCCS, and EPRCS, source systems, data platforms, and reporting solutions, including validation, error handling, reprocessing, and end-to-end reconciliation
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and technology stakeholders to support journal processing, ledger structures, chart-of-accounts design, allocations, subledger close, period close, subledger-to-GL tie-outs, and financial control requirements
• Analyze production issues and implement root-cause fixes, automation, monitoring, and process improvements that increase reliability, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen data quality
• Create clear functional and technical documentation, including requirements, design documents, test evidence, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor engineers through collaboration and review
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
