Job summary
T-Mobile seeks an experienced engineer to enhance and operate Oracle EPM and ERP Financials landscapes, including ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS, plus Oracle GL. You will partner with US and India teams to deliver integrated reconciliation, close, and data governance solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
- 7-10 years of technical engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS, FCCS) and Oracle ERP Financials (GL).
- Experience with US-based and offshore teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering projects to enhance, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications (ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS) and their integration with Oracle ERP GL.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring US-based and India-based engineers and influencing EPM/ERP technology decisions.
- Evaluate and apply EPM/ERP strategies across reconciliation, consolidation, close, data management, and reporting.
- Develop configurations, integrations, and automation across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, and ERP GL.
- Produce clear technical documentation and architecture descriptions for internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
