Job summary
T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to enhance, configure, and operate Oracle EPM and ERP Financials landscapes.
You will partner with US and India teams to deliver reconciliations, consolidations, data governance, and reporting solutions across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, and GL. The role requires deep technical and functional expertise, strong judgment, and leadership to influence architecture and integration design across global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience in finance/IT
- CS or Engineering field required
- 7-10 years’ experience across Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS/FCCS and Oracle ERP GL
- 7-10 years’ experience across EDMCS/EPRCS with US and offshore teams preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering projects to enhance, configure, and support Oracle EPM apps and their ERP integration
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across locations
- Evaluate and apply EPM/ERP strategies aligning with business goals
- Develop configurations, integrations, and automation for ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS and GL
- Produce architecture documents and technical specifications for stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
