Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Financials specialist to design, implement, and support our GL, Subledger Accounting, and chart-of-accounts across Oracle ERP Cloud and EPM Cloud. You will integrate with ARCS, FCCS, and EPRCS, ensuring accurate financial processing and strong controls.

The role requires collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and technology teams, plus experience with ERP integrations, reporting solutions, and technical writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of related experience or Advanced degree + 3 years of related experience.
• Field of study: CS, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of technical engineering experience with Oracle ERP Financials and related finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, enhance, test, and support Oracle ERP Financials modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP and EPM modules.
• Support journal processing, ledger structures, and period-close processes.
• Analyze production issues and implement root-cause fixes and process improvements.
• Create functional and technical documentation; mentor engineers.
