Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's or higher degree (B.A./B.S.).
• Experienced in implementing changes in a continuous improvement environment.
• Willingness to travel and support multi-locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement, and support Ferrotec’s ERP system and integration with supporting business information systems.
• Document requirements and flows; define scope and objectives and align with business strategies.
• Lead projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Provide IS leadership for Oracle ERP applications and related systems.
