SMX is seeking an accomplished Oracle General Ledger Lead to drive the functional design, implementation, and success of Oracle E-Business Suite GL and core financial modules. This remote role requires travel and involves leading the design of COA, SLAs, and bridging business needs with technical teams.

The candidate will have 12+ years in Oracle EBS implementations, strong stakeholder leadership, and a US Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and leading Oracle EBS GL and related modules.
• Proven ability to design COA and ensure GL architecture supports strategic goals.
• Lead discovery, translate business needs to functional specs, and resolve complex issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead GL/Financials leadership for Oracle EBS GL, SLA, AP, AR.
• Design, implement, and maintain Chart of Accounts (COA).
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; run workshops and define specs.
• Create and oversee functional architecture for Oracle EBS financial solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to meet timelines and quality.
