Job summary

Argano is seeking an Oracle EBS Financials and Purchasing Functional Lead to guide clients through full-lifecycle EBS implementations, from requirements through go-live and post-production support. You will design solutions using standard functionality and only propose extensions where gaps exist, so the solution is both feasible and valuable to the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 10-15 years of Oracle methodology experience including requirements gathering, design, configurations, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills with high-level stakeholder interaction.
• Experience leading an entire project work stream for Oracle applications.
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to explain functional concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with life cycle implementation of Financial Modules and Purchasing.
• Cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing current business processes with initial functional implementation.
• Recommend best practice solutions after requirements analysis.
• Lead EBS R12.2 Financial Modules and Purchasing through full implementation lifecycle.
• Create functional and design documents aligned with requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Solution Architect, and offshore teams to complete implementations.
• Raise issues and provide resolutions to adhere to project schedule.
• Provide functional implementation and support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments.
