Job summary

Argano seeks an experienced EBS Order Management, Shipping Execution Functional Consultant to analyze client requirements and implement Oracle modules using standard functionality and changes where needed. The role involves collaboration with delivery teams and clients, ensuring feasible, valuable solutions.

The consultant will lead end-to-end lifecycle tasks across multiple modules, prepare design docs, and work with offshore teams to deliver on time while addressing issues to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in computer science or a related field.
• 10–15 years of Oracle implementation experience including requirements, design, configuration, testing, data migrations and go-live.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and teams.
• Experience leading full implementation lifecycles for Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and deliver detailed functional implementation for Project Accounting.
• Propose best practice configurations after analysis and client sign-off.
• Lead EBS R12.2 projects across Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing and Inventory.
• Create functional and design documents aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate with PM, Solution Architect and offshore teams through the full lifecycle.
• Raise issues, provide resolutions, and maintain project schedules.
• Provide operational support for Oracle E-Business Suite environments.

JOB SUMMARY:

The EBS Order Management, Shipping Execution Functional Consultant at Argano plays a crucial role in understanding the client requirements and implementing the modules using best practices and standard functionality and providing extensions/customizations for required gaps ensuring that the solution is both feasible and valuable. The consultant interacts with the customer and other delivery team members in the entire implementation. They require a high level of functional and light technical expertise in their area of expertise. Having broad expertise or unique knowledge in EBS Modules, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing the current business processes and scenarios with initial functional implementation and deliver detailed business-focused Project Accounting functions.


• Recommend and suggest best practice solutions to clients and configurations after the client has accepted the analysis


• Lead EBS R12.2 with modules Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, and Inventorythrough complete implementation including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, build, integration test, go-live and post-production support


• Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices.


• Work with Project Manager, Solution Architect, Financials consultant and offshore development teams in completing the entire implementation


• Raise issues and provide resolutions as identified to adhere to project schedule.


• Provide functional implementation and support for both Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments by completing support requests and resolving user or system issues

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required

EXPERIENCE:

• 10-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology that includes gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, configurations, master data management, creating functional design documentation, and confirming technical design documents


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments


• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with high-level of customer and all level of colleagues within company


• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment


• Experience leading an entire project work stream for relevant Oracle applications


• Strong mentoring skills and the ability to explain functional concepts to a wide variety of audiences


• Strong full implementation lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live and post go-live activities


• Experience with Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, and Inventory life cycle projects is a must.


• Experience with Manufacturing modules including WIP, BOM and Costing is a plus.


• Experience working with offshore teams to successfully deliver projects. Experience creating functional design documents for offshore teams.


• Experience working on bringing in an acquisition entity into an existing EBS instance is desirable.


• Experience in the data migration strategy and validation


• Enough SQL experience to assist in troubleshooting


• Experience with conversion, upgrade, implement or enhancement project


• Cloud experience is a plus
