Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in New York, NY seeks a Sr. Database Administrator focused on Oracle EBS (11i/R12) to install, maintain, and administer EBS and associated databases. The role includes RDS/Azure migrations, cloud monitoring with AWS CloudWatch, and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Github, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities include performance tuning, patching, backups, and RAC/ASM-based high availability. Telecommuting may be allowed per policy; on-site presence in NY is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in installing EBS and related components.
• Experience migrating databases to AWS RDS and Azure cloud for modernization.
• Experience with patching, upgrades, and CVU patches for EBS environments.
• Experience with single sign-on integrations (OID/OIM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and administer Oracle EBS and database environments.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks; manage RDS/Azure migrations.
• Monitor and tune databases and EBS performance; troubleshoot issues.
