Job summary

SMX seeks accomplished Senior Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

The role requires an active clearance, extensive Oracle EBS experience (Finance, Procurement), strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience; postgraduate study can substitute per policy.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of LOA configuration and Treasury/cash management implementations.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS and its modules (Finance, Procurement).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs; support projects through to production.
• Create test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing and assist UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support; troubleshoot issues with technical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and integration.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
• Develop system and user documentation; deliver training on new functionality.
