Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation, with a focus on Oracle EBS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and related modules.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.

Responsibilities

Requirements analysis: gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features.
Solution design: translate needs into functional specs and design solutions.
Configuration and implementation: set up Oracle EBS modules to meet needs.
Testing: create test plans and assist in UAT.
Functional support: troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
