Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. Key duties include requirements gathering, design and implementation of system solutions, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

Required is an active clearance or public trust, 10+ years of experience, and strong Oracle EBS expertise including iProcurement, LOA

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis and Oracle EBS environments.
• Active security clearance or public trust is required (sponsor dependent).
• Expertise in iProcurement, Purchasing, and CLM modules within Oracle EBS.
• Deep understanding of accounting and LOA configuration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and testable specs.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
• Design system solutions leveraging Oracle EBS functionality.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs and support projects.
• Create test plans and perform functional testing including UAT.
• Provide ongoing user support and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Serve as a bridge between business units and IT for successful integration.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities with Oracle EBS.
• Develop system and user documentation and deliver training on new functionality.
