The candidate should have 10+ years of Oracle DBA experience, strong RMAN and Data Guard skills, and familiarity with Oracle 19c RAC/ASM on Linux. OCP certification is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Oracle DBA with 10+ years of experience.
Experience supporting Oracle databases on-premise.
Must be familiar with 19c Oracle RAC and ASM on Linux.
Must be familiar with Data Guard Physical Standby.
Must have experience with RMAN backup and recovery.
Must possess strong troubleshooting skills.
Must have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.

Responsibilities

Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies for ERP database security and integrity.
Resolves ERP database performance and capacity issues; manages data replication and distributed data.
Provides orientation and onboarding for new equipment delivery; supports hybrid/remote work setup.
